Meet Lisa Woods

Lisa has been passionate about drawing since she was a kid.

After receiving her Art Illustration BFA from Cal State, Long Beach, Lisa's work won an Honorary Award for the Portfolio Showcase during the Society of Children's Writers and Illustrator's LA Conference in 2013. She went on to illustrate Mabel and the Queen of Dreams, published by Schiffer Publishing.

Lisa currently lives in Orange County, CA, where she often draws inspiration from the messy sweetness of everyday life with her husband and three young children.
